Shipping & Pickup Policy

  • Shipping Method: We do not offer shipping or delivery for any products. All orders are for In-Store Pickup only at our physical location.

  • Pickup Location: 895 Ridge Road Ontario, New York 14519.

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock items are ready for pickup within 24 hours. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • Pickup Requirements: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid government-issued photo ID.

 

Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, tires must be unused, unmounted, and never driven on. Once a tire has been mounted onto a wheel, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Restocking Fees: Returns on special-order items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Manufacturer Warranties: After installation, any issues related to defects in materials or workmanship are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to assist you with any warranty claims.
