Welcome to shopbfg.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between shopbfg.com and you for any purpose concerning these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Wayne County, New York (or the Western District of New York for federal matters).

4. Sales Tax & Payment

• Local Sales Tax: All sales are subject to the 8% sales tax (New York State and Wayne County) applicable to our location in Ontario, NY.

• Payment: All orders must be paid in full at time of pickup.

5. Local Pickup Policy (No Shipping)

• Pickup Only: shopbfg.com does not offer shipping. All items purchased must be picked up at our location in Ontario, NY.

• Pickup Location & Hours: Orders can be collected at 895 Ridge Road during our standard business hours: Mon–Thurs, 9 am–4 pm.

• Notification: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive until you have received this confirmation.

• Identification: For security, you must present a valid ID and your order confirmation email (digital or printed) at the time of pickup.

• Abandonment: Items not picked up within 14 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification may be subject to a restocking fee or cancellation without a refund, unless prior arrangements are made.

6. Returns and Refunds

• In-Person Inspection: We encourage all customers to inspect their items at the time of pickup.

• Return Window: Once picked up, items may be returned within 7 days, provided they are in original, unused condition.

• Restocking Fee:  "A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion if these terms are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ShopBFG.com or Brands and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

shopbfg.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
